The Terracotta Army and the First Emperor of China exhibition will travel from Durban to Johannesburg and Cape Town, giving as many people as possible the opportunity to see the replica of this man-made wonder. From March until May, the exhibition is located at Gateway Mall in Umhlanga, Durban. The centre has been voted the best shopping centre in the Your Choice Awards in 2015 and 2016. With over 400 stores, 70 dining options, and many entertainment options, everyone is sure to find a way to spend the day.
Following the display at Gateway Mall, the exhibition will move to Silverstar Casino in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg. This exhibit will run from June to August. Silverstar Casino is regarded as one of Gauteng’s best entertainment destinations, as it offers everything from live music to cinemas and fine dining options. To top it all off, the casino is located in a beautiful setting, and is surrounded by parts of the Magalies Mountains. Silverstar is located on the R28 at Muldersdrift.
The last stop on the tour is in Cape Town, where the exhibition will run from November to January 2017. It will be located in the Watershed exhibition venue in the V&A Waterfront. The Watershed offers top exhibition facilities in the Mother City, as well as spa treatments and many shopping opportunities. The Watershed is located in Dock Road in the V&A Waterfront, a world-renowned attraction in South Africa.
